1. General Provisions.

Šios Purchase – Sales rules (hereinafter – “Rules”) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter – “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter – “We”) when you purchase goods in the electronic store (hereinafter – “e-store”).

2. Purchase – the moment of conclusion of the sales contract.

2.1. The contract between You and Us is considered concluded from the moment when You click the "Order" button in the e-store, after creating a shopping cart, specifying a delivery address, selecting a payment method and familiarizing yourself with our rules.

2.2. The Agreement shall enter into force when We receive Your payment for the goods within 3 (three) business days and shall remain in force until the goods are fully delivered.

 

2.3. Each agreement concluded between Us and You is stored in the e-store.

 

2.4. The order sent and printed by e-mail. The email is a preliminary inVAIA according to which payment is made.

 

3. Your rights:

 

3.1. You have the right to purchase goods in the e-store in accordance with these rules and the procedure established by the e-store.

 

3.2. You have the right to refuse the purchase of goods – sales contract with the e-store, except for cases where the contract is concluded due to:

 

3.2.1. participation in games or lotteries;

 

3.2.2. in other cases where the purchase – sales contract cannot be withdrawn, according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

4. You undertake:

 

4.1. You must pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days from the date of placing the order, and accept them, unless otherwise agreed.

 

4.2. If the data provided in your registration form changes, you must update them immediately.

 

4.3. By using the e-store, you agree to the šs terms of purchase – sales rules and you must comply with them.

 

5. Our rights:

 

5.1. If the Buyer tries to harm the operation or stable operation of the e-store, We may, without prior warning, limit, suspend his/her access to the e-store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration. 5.2. In the event of important circumstances, We may temporarily or completely terminate the e-store's operations without prior notice to You. 5.3. We may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.

 

6. We undertake:

 

6.1. To create all conditions for you to properly use the services provided by the e-store.

 

6.2. Deliver the goods you ordered to the address you specified and within the agreed delivery period.

 

6.3. If, due to important circumstances, we are unable to deliver the goods you ordered, we undertake to offer you an analogous product, and if you refuse to accept the analogue of the goods, to refund the money paid to you within 72 hours.

 

7. Delivery of goods:

 

7.1. The Goods are delivered by Us or Our authorized representative.

 

7.2. During the delivery of the Goods, You must check the condition of the shipment together with Us or Our authorized representative.

 

7.3. Once You have signed the InVAIA – inVAIA or the shipment delivery document, the shipment is deemed to have been transferred.

 

7.4. If you notice damage to the shipment, you must not accept the shipment and mark this on the consignment note. If you accept the goods and sign the consignment note without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in order.

 

8. Return of goods.

 

8.1 If the buyer was sold a product of inadequate quality and the seller did not inform the buyer about the quality defects of the product at the time of its sale, the buyer has the right to choose to return the product. to demand from the seller:

 

8.1.1 to replace the goods of inadequate quality with goods of adequate quality;

 

8.1.2. to reduce the price of the goods accordingly;

 

8.1.3. to eliminate the defects of the goods free of charge within a reasonable period of time;

 

8.1.4. to compensate for the costs of eliminating the defects of the goods, if the seller did not eliminate them within a reasonable period of time, the defects were eliminated by the buyer himself or with the help of third parties;

 

8.1.5 unilaterally demand a refund of the money paid for the goods.

 

8.2.   If the buyer does not like the shape, size, Colour, model or completeness of the purchased goods, he has the right within 14 (fourteen)

calendar days from the transfer of the goods to him to replace the purchased goods at the place of purchase with a similar one. 

 

8.3.    The Buyer's claim to replace the goods for the reasons specified in clause 8.2 is satisfied if the goods were not ordered (the goods are in storage), are used, not damaged, their consumer properties have been preserved and the goods have not lost their commercial appearance and the Buyer has evidence confirming that he purchased the goods from company stores. 

 

8.4.   If the seller does not have a suitable product for replacement, the buyer has the right to return the product to the seller within 14 (fourteen) calendar days and recover the money paid for it.

 

8.5. You are responsible for the costs of returning the product, except in cases where the product is returned due to poor quality.

 

8.6. The buyer's request to replace the purchased product with similar products or to refund the money paid for the reasons specified in clause 8.2 is not satisfied: after purchasing non-stocked products, ordered.

 

9. Liability.

 

9.1. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data in the registration form, We are not responsible for the consequences that may arise.

 

9.2. You are responsible for the actions performed using the e-store.

 

9.3. You are responsible for the transfer of the identification code to third parties. If third parties use your identification code, you are responsible for the actions taken by the third party.

 

10. Sending information.

 

10.1. We send all messages to the email address provided in your registration form.

 

10.2. You send all messages and questions in the “Contacts” section of our e-store by the means specified.

 

11. Protection of personal data.

 

11.1. Any information related to personal data is subject to the Seller's personal data protection policy, which is regulated by the relevant Legislative Acts of the Republic of Lithuania and is implemented taking into account the recommendations of the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

 

11.2. The Seller does not transfer (except in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania) the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for persons contributing to the execution of the order, for whom these data are necessary for the successful execution of the order (e.g. postal couriers).

 

12. Final provisions.

 

12.1. Distribution of any e-store information without the written consent of the Seller is prohibited.

 

12.2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

12.3. All disputes arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
